APARTMENTS
The Green City complex currently offers 12 different types of apartments within building “A”. The available apartments structure range goes from studio to four-bedroom apartments. The apartments size range goes from 44 sqm to 130 sqm. The orientation of the apartments depends on the location of the building to which they belong, so most of the apartments in building “A” are oriented east and west, while in the remaining three buildings, most of the apartments are oriented to the south and north.
When choosing building systems, special attention was paid to the thermal and sound insulation of the building and the safety aspect of both the building and the individual housing units.
Apartments are equiped up to “turnkey” phase.
COMPLEX
The Green City complex at Pofalići consists of five, functionally separate buildings, four of which are residential and commercial and one is exclusively for business.
The buildings are marked with “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” and consist of two residential wings with common entrance, staircase and elevator. The exception is building “A” which has an additional, third, wing – a three-story business building.
The complex stretches in a west-east direction, which allows apartments and business spaces to be predominantly oriented to the north (towards Pofalići) and south (towards Put Života Street).
This position of the complex brings another advantage – the creation of an internal green belt, a protected space for rest, socializing and relaxation, which, together with green roofs and terraces, makes this area a CITY IN GREENERY.
In order to execute the idea of a space that will both practically and visually give preference to green areas and pedestrians, we have provided enough space for parking cars within three underground levels intended for vehicle parking.
MATERIALIZATION
Exterior walls:
Contact facade with 10 cm thermal insulation layer.
Continuous aluminum glazed facade
Windows and balcony doors:
PVC windows and balcony doors with shutters. Window glazing with triple-layered insulated glass
with Low-E coating.
Entrance doors – bulidings:
Aluminum glazed doors with automatic self-closing and electronic lock with keys.
Entrance doors – common areas:
Fire-resistant aluminum glazed doors, with automatic self-closing.
Entrance doors – apartments:
Anti-burglary doors with steel frame and a multi-layer sandwich panel leaf filled with fire-resistant
thermo-sound insulation. Wide angle peephole.
Interior door:
Wooden interior doors with a frame made of hard-pressed MDF.
Floors:
Floors with 5 cm of thermal-acoustic insulation. The final coverings are parquet – planks and ceramic
tiles.
Partition walls:
Masonry walls with a thickness of 10 – 25 cm are made of brick blocks and plastered, then painted.
Drywall partitions with a thickness of 10 cm are made of double-layered gypsum boards which are
skim-coated and painted.
Glass partitions for the shower cabin:
Tempered glass 8 mm, height 240 cm in U profile.
